Incentives
Managers pay the floor to sell what the store needs sold. A spiff pays the budtender who rang each unit of the products chosen, per unit or as a share of the sale, up to a budget; a team goal shares a reward when the floor reaches a number, or sets tiers for each budtender; a competition ranks budtenders and pays the top three. Slow movers worth a spiff come from Inventory, comps, staff purchases and giveaways earn nothing, a return takes the pay back, and every spiff that ends gets a scorecard of what it achieved. Brands can propose and fund spiffs, goals and competitions through BudLogix for brands and pay budtenders directly; those run on every plan, and the ones the store pays for come with Growth. Budtenders see what they earned and where they stand, and the month goes to payroll with their hours.

What runs by itself
Every 30 minutes spiffs are paid for new sales and returns are taken back, goals are counted and competition standings updated. Prizes are paid once a competition ends, managers are emailed when a spiff has spent 80% of its budget, and a brand's statement is fixed and emailed when its spiff ends.

Nothing to your POS. Store-paid earnings go to payroll in the timesheet export; a brand pays its budtenders directly.
