Team
General managers see who is on the roster, whose required personnel paperwork is short, and where the team is thin. Hiring managers move applicants from inbox to hire. Before paying for a CORI they read where a resume disagrees with itself, look the applicant up online once the applicant has authorized it, search the federal courts on PACER, and work down the references, who can answer a short form themselves. Every Monday each person on the floor is scored out of 100 against their comparison group on evaluations, loss prevention, new-customer perks, cash accuracy and selling, and evaluators are reminded when reviews are due.
AI: AI reads each resume that lands in the hiring mailbox and fills in the applicant's name, email and phone.

Team overview
A general manager sees cover, missing background-check and training records, turnover and what is waiting on them.
Applicant background
A hiring manager reads what was found online, runs the free record searches and PACER, and logs what each reference said.
Employee score
A manager reads each person's weekly score, part by part, against the median of their comparison group.
Employee record
A manager checks whether a person is cleared to work and uploads the documents the state regulator expects.
What it reads
Employees from your POS daily, sales and shift closings for measured figures, resumes from a mailbox you connect, the public application form, and the onboarding packets applicants fill in. For a background check, web search results, federal cases from PACER on your own account, and what references answer.
What runs by itself
A resume mailbox sweep every 10 minutes, screening of resumes against an opening's criteria (nothing is rejected automatically), a daily employee sync, a daily email of documents coming due, a Monday score for each person on the floor, and reminders when quarterly evaluations and monthly check-ins are due.
What it writes back
Nothing to your POS or Metrc. It emails applicants their onboarding packet, and a reference the short form you ask them to answer.
