The personnel record

The regulation the operator is measured against names seven things an Agent's personnel record must hold. BudLogix tracks each one against evidence it can see, and shows the count on the employee record and in the Roster's Record column, which sorts shortest record first.

The seven items

  • CORI - a CORI report uploaded as a document.
  • Reference check - a document of that type.
  • Job description - satisfied by a position with a title, or an uploaded employment contract.
  • Training record - a training record with a signed statement attached. Training recorded without a statement is listed but stays outstanding.
  • Performance evaluation - at least one submitted evaluation for this employment.
  • Disciplinary record - a disciplinary action document. Listed as not applicable until one exists, and never counted against a clean record.
  • RVT certificate - a document of that type, unexpired. An expired one reads as missing.

How it is counted

The denominator is per person: items that do not apply are left out, so someone never disciplined can reach six of six. On the Roster, each row shows held of applicable as Record; sort by it to put the shortest record first, because that is the one to work on, and open the employee record for the item names that are missing.

Documents and their types

The upload form on the employee record offers CORI report, Reference check, Employment contract, Signed training statement, Disciplinary action, RVT certificate and Other. Only a document filed under the right type answers the item; a CORI filed as Other does not count. Documents belong to the employment at this dispensary, so a file held for the same person at another dispensary does not clear them here.
